SeatGeek is a mobile-focused ticket platform that enables users to buy and sell tickets for live sports, concerts, and theater events. SeatGeek allows both mobile app and desktop users to browse events, view interactive color-coded seatmaps, complete purchases, and receive electronic or print tickets.

I chose this application because I’m using it. I downloaded it to sell my Taylor Swift ticket but I realized the flow of the app is kind of confusing, especially when we want to sell a ticket, which is the main feature of this app. That’s why I believe there are some changes that can be made for the user experience.
